THE “BACCO – WELLBEING IN THE WORKPLACE, CARE AND WORK-LIFE BALANCE” PROJECT FOR TENUTE PICCINI HAS BEEN SELECTED AS ONE OF THE WINNERS OF THE TUSCANY REGION’S CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR FUNDING WELFARE PLANS AIMED AT PROMOTING WORK-LIFE BALANCE.
Thanks to this project, co-funded by the Tuscany Region’s ESF+ Regional Programme, a corporate welfare scheme has been launched, which includes:
● work-life balance services to support the care or assistance of elderly or dependent family members, or the upbringing and education of children;
● work-life balance services to support family life.
The project was made possible thanks to the consultancy support provided by Randstad Italia, which assisted us throughout all stages of the plan’s implementation.
